- Report allowances, AI chat messages and Street View looks reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't roll over. Smart search and the Max bid assistant draw on the same AI chat messages.
- Past a report allowance, extras are charged at your plan's price. Quick look extras come in packs, used within the month they're bought.
- Free's Quick look is one per verified phone number, for the life of the account.
- Every plan is one seat: one person signs in, and the allowances are theirs.
- Annual plans are billed once a year and cost at least 15% less than paying monthly.
- Financing comes from an independent third-party lender, not Parsell. The lender sets the terms and makes every lending decision. Requesting it is free on every plan and doesn't commit you to a loan.
- "Unlimited" means fair use: enough to run an acquisition pipeline, not enough to mirror our data.
- Reports are for your own bidding decisions -- reselling or redistributing them isn't covered.
